1. Pick the vehicle. This pre-loads nominal dimensions and empty weight — always confirm against the data plate and a scale.
2. Fill header data. Unit/UIC, bumper number, driver, date, and the TDA/MTOE line.
3. Build the cargo list (step 4). Each line auto-numbers as a Loc No.
4. Pin each line in the Compartment View so the load is diagrammed like the doctrinal example.
5. Add BBPCT (straps, chocks, dunnage) and export to a printable DA 7598.

No of Items — quantity of that item on this vehicle.
PC Cu Ft / PC Wt — cubic feet and weight of one item. Totals compute automatically (qty × each).
Load + Vehicle Wt — empty vehicle + all cargo + BBPCT. Compare against the vehicle's rated payload/GVWR.
