RUNHow To Build A Load Card

Open the site & pick your vehicle

Go to projectkratos.tech/NG/VLC/ and tap your platform card — M1097, M1152A1 (4-PAX), M1078 LMTV, M1082 LMTV trailer, M1101, or a PU-series power unit. This pre-loads that vehicle's nominal dimensions and empty weight.

Fill the header data

Unit/UIC, LIN, Bumper Number, driver (name & grade), date, and the TDA/MTOE line. Confirm the empty weight and dimensions against the data plate — overwrite the defaults if they differ.

Build the cargo list

Add a line for each item: description & type pack, number of items, cubic feet, and weight. Total cubic feet and total weight calculate automatically.

Pin each item in the compartment view

Tap a cargo line, then tap the vehicle diagram to drop its numbered marker where it rides. Drag to reposition. The number on the diagram matches the line number on the list.

Check Load + Vehicle Weight

The running total shows empty weight + cargo + BBPCT. If the load exceeds the platform's rated payload, the tile turns red and warns you. Redistribute or reduce before you certify.

Export the load card

Hit Export to open the printable two-page DA 7598, then use your browser's print dialog and Save as PDF. Your entries auto-save on the device, per vehicle.

Before You Certify — Remember

Bumper number is mandatory on every card — no exceptions.
Pre-filled weights and dimensions are nominal. Verify against the data plate, the -10 TM, and an actual scale weight before relying on the output.
This is a drafting aid, not an authorized system of record (not TC-AIMS II / ICODES) and not a load, safety, or movement certification.
Treat the tool and its exports as UNCLASSIFIED // FOUO. Use a trusted device, not a shared/public computer, and use Clear Vehicle before turn-in — entries persist in the browser.
The final load card is a draft until verified and signed by the loadmaster and chain of command.
